retained executive search firm. That means our retainers and fees
are competitive. We’re focused on delivering top level diversity

commission is on base salary only. And we don’t mark up telephone
calls, faxes, or postage. Any travel costs are always pre-approved
by you. And we provide a competitive candidate guarantee on all
searches.
