Charles McClellan
President
Chuck has been an Executive Search Consultant for ten years and
has successfully placed advertising and marketing professionals
for DraftWorldwide, Brierley & Partners, Nordstrom, Sears Roebuck
and Co., Time-Life Books, Service Merchandise, Leo Burnett,
Publicis, 141 Communicator, Lincoln Financial, H&R Block, Cramer-Krasselt,
Whirlpool Corporation, Citicorp Mortgage, The National Restaurant
Association and Beltone Electronics.
He has successfully built a Diversity Practice that includes work
with McDonald’s, DDB Chicago, Noble/BBDS, The Marketing Store, A.
Eicoff, General Motors, Burrell Communications Group and Carol H.
Williams.
Before joining Tesar Reynes Chuck had an extensive background in
brand management, sales and advertising account management with
Burrell Communications Group, Comark Merchandising, The Quaker
Oats Company, Abbott Laboratories, and Soft Sheen Products
Company.
Chuck is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association,
Chicago Association of Direct Marketing, The Chicago Association
of Minority Recruiters and National Black MBA Association. He has
an MBA, from Northwestern University's Graduate School of
Management and undergraduate degree (BS), from The University of
Illinois-Chicago.
